International dance day is created by the Dance committee of International theatre institute, this institute is the main partner for performing arts of UNESCO. It is also a birth anniversary of Jean-Georges Noverre. The day  is celebrated  to  notify the world how dancing positively put impacts & efforts in our life in various ways.
The dance is the process of involving human body with interaction of human mind with the music provide a amazing steps which can express & impress to the audiences, Their are many Dance forms across the whole world.
The dance is also one of the best way to keep your body fit &  Get  Energyfied.
According to the experts to  body releases endorphins or chemical which makes person feel better , those chemicals release when the person is dancing.
 Dance Also helps in overcoming depression, stress , trauma's & many more mental State of Mind.
The origin of this art is atleast 9000 years old, as we can see in many old  sculptures & paintings of the ancient periods.
Everyone should celebrate international dance day by having a dance season atleast one day in week. Whether by taking as it forward to develop it into career or maybe as good habbit.
Maybe for your enjoyment , maybe for body fitness. So we have to adapt for having dance seasons atleast once in a week.
