It also affects on the human mind that human mind began to slows actions & can't command on the body actions foe example people who is suffering from stress fights very easily , beats when is angry & many more actions. Stress may lead to life too in some cases. In the state of stress a person catches bad habbits like smoking , drinking alcohols & taking drugs too. Many psychologists prefer to have a stress free mind because a stressfull mind decreases a human IQ & the thinking ability. If a person has habbit of forgettings things or moments very early then he/she is or was suffered from stress early before because it directly hits the human mind in a very effective way. Although Stress is a human mentality and imagination but it has a powerful imapct so in this blog we will talk about some Stress relief hacks which can help in overcoming over stress problems in day to day life.

Although some of consequences arrives in certain ways but we should know how to deal with the complications of our life. Interconnecting two different phases of mind is much convenient because it teaches us ups & down , Highs & lows of the life because life cannot be same all the time. positive environment prepares us so  well to deal with stress problems through which we can easily get rid off  stresses of life. We can say it's the base term of positive environment . A positive environment generates from positive people. It's said that 1 positive person is far better than 100 negative people. I know All peoples can't be postive at same. everybody has their  different taste. But we should build a positive environment by having positive friends , with good ideas , topics , things to do. we can customize our environment according to our needs. Many people gets in the problem just because of the people around them. so it is an one of the important factors.










This Hack is my personally favourite Because i have personally experienced. You might have heared a problem - " a empty mind is a devil's workshop". I think the stress is the real devil. when we sit free we just feel relaxed but this relaxation is only temporary try a experiment on youself if you are resting test how long you can freely rest & sit free majorities are not long lasting contestants. if we sit free our mind begans preparing different scenes and start pressuring ourself automatically  you will start experiencing negativity, change in behaviour habbits & many more things & after some time you start experiencing stress. so sitting free is gateway of experiencing stress. so keep engaging yourself in works whether it is households or business or individual work may be realted to your personal hobbies . future oriented or   Being  Creative. this is the hack where you get a bonus again firstly you get stress free & another one is self improvement opportunities. It's a ideal hack & It is Worth.












Discussions of the problems is also the way to have stress free mind. We all  Have one special person to whom we share our everything that person can be a friend , parents , companion , love of your life etc.
if we have any problem that is hitting in the mind then don't let it hitting . immediately discuss with your close person. a hitting problem leads to pressure on mind which is also a gateway of stress to your mind. main thing in the current generation is hiding things & problems & not sharing their problems and  experiencing stress in alternative ways.
