Bollywood is one of largest film producing industry in the world. Bollywood is also known as Hindi- cinema , and formerly it was known as Bombay Cinema because the industry was situated & mainly highlighted by Bombay city, But Later it was turned to Hindi-Cinema or Bollywood  as it represent India. Their are also many regional films industries such as South Films Industry, Kannad Films Industries that is combinely  known as Tollywood. Bollywood has produced many films which are famous across the world. It has many Stars in it which are famous worldwide. As we talk about the financial terms of Bollywood, so it has produced many big budgets films. But things have changed for Bollywood & it's film producers by the most recent trending & fresh platform for the new movies & web series. Although OTTs were platforms mainly for Web series but 2020 due to lockdown OTTs have got the next level of response & many users have joined them. OTTs are gaining huge amount of traffic & users daily. So in this blog we will highlight the Four Major points of How OTTs have Affected Bollywood. So Here are they - 

• FILTERING ARTISTS - This point majority of us have noticed while watching web series, Actors like Pankaj Tripathi , Manoj Bajpayee & many versatile actors who were side actors are offered now lead roles. They were underrated because in theatre movie they got just sidelined but in web series & other films we get to see  their acting performances which put a great impact on their given characters , we can see many artists who were under - rated from years but from web-series & OTT platforms they really got what they deserve.

• WORKING NATURE - Yes , this is also one of the major affects of OTT to Bollywood. In earlier times the casting of the films were only limited Upto Limited stars for lead roles & other roles & The way of working or film directing or producing was also limited, But now A new production or new directors can also make films & serve there content to the audiences through OTT platforms  & it is also the best way of attracting users to our content. • OPPORTUNITIES TO NEW COMERS - As we discussed in the first point that there were only limited actors who got offers of lead roles but now OTTs has totally changed this concept by Taking new faces & Providing opportunities to the new ones, we got to see many new actors in the OTT with good  acting skills. They sidelined many big stars of the Bollywood.

• CHANGE IN THE VISION OF VIEWERS - Yes Mostly OTT has filtered or Changed the visions of viewers of seeing a particular content or film. Earlier we just love to watch our Favourite actor delivering Dialogues , Actions etc. But after the effect of OTTs to Bollywood many Huge star casts films began to deplete because OTTs have changed the visions of the viewers like viewers of OTTs easily catches Plenty of mistakes in the films, they are not interested in the Actions & Dialouges but they keep interests in the concept or stories of the films or Web series. They like to Observe  Detailings of the shots etc.
